Changing Matter

Today we discovered that matter can change! We watched as water (a liquid) changed into ice (a solid). We also boiled water and observed how the water turned into water vapor (a gas). To end the activity, we blended and mixed bananas, strawberries, and ice to make smoothies. It was a delicious day!
